Billing

Hi there, 

I hope someone can help please. I can't call customer service because of work so opted for this as his been a great help previously.

I forgot to pay my bill dated 8/1/24, only realised when I got a notification for my balance of £89.50 which included late payment fee.

I payed the £48.50 which was my January bill plus late payment fee.

February's bill is not due until end of the month but I have received a notification saying that I need to pay the remaining £41 to stop services being cut off. Also says another late payment fee will be added to my account?

February's bill was only produced yesterday with a payment date which is usually end of the month so why am I being told this?

    Thanks for posting in regards to the billing issues and confusion, we appreciate the concern this can cause.

     

    It may be depending on when and how you paid the January balance and late fee that this is delayed in hitting the account and balance, particularly if this was paid by card. The notifications are automated so it may be a cross over in the time between the payment hitting the account and the notification being sent.

     

    One thing we'd ensure is that the Direct Debit is active, it may have been cancelled if payment wasn't able to be taken in January.
