Hi there,
I hope someone can help please. I can't call customer service because of work so opted for this as his been a great help previously.
I forgot to pay my bill dated 8/1/24, only realised when I got a notification for my balance of £89.50 which included late payment fee.
I payed the £48.50 which was my January bill plus late payment fee.
February's bill is not due until end of the month but I have received a notification saying that I need to pay the remaining £41 to stop services being cut off. Also says another late payment fee will be added to my account?
February's bill was only produced yesterday with a payment date which is usually end of the month so why am I being told this?
