Billing problem

My contract bill for 2024-2025 has been £69.63. I was notified the increase would be £5.22 making the new payment £74.85 which I accepted. My next bill was £98.55. !! After spending many frustrating hours trying to get through I eventually spoke with an 'agent' which was very problematic as I am hard of hearing and the agents speech was not in clear English. I understood  that my figures were correct my problem was to be sorted. I have now received a bill in excess of £112. Having now spent many hours trying to get in touch with a HUMAN I eventually spoke with a young lady, who I had difficulty understanding, for 18 minutes only for the line to drop before anything was sorted . . . . my expletives cannot be written here. Now where is the contract cancel, . . . . another wasted hour finding that I suppose !
