Billing issue after install

I'm a new member to Virgin and my intial impressions aren't good so far.

I asked for a installation date at the beginning of January this year, to then have Virgin (not me) move it to the end of January, which they then charge me a whole month for!!

To then find out today they've failed to take any payments via direct debt since installation and sent me an email charging me a late fee, threatening to reduce my services, and demand payment!!

If this is a sign of whats to come, Im really not looking forward to my time with Virgin media!

  • So after several attempts by email and phone, I've managed to pay the bill.

    Do any of the Mods know how I find out if Virgin have some how lost my bank details?  I don't want this to happen next month, and I don't want any more late fees (even though this was due to Virgin not taking a payment and NOT ME!!)  :(
