Billing issue after install
I'm a new member to Virgin and my intial impressions aren't good so far.
I asked for a installation date at the beginning of January this year, to then have Virgin (not me) move it to the end of January, which they then charge me a whole month for!!
To then find out today they've failed to take any payments via direct debt since installation and sent me an email charging me a late fee, threatening to reduce my services, and demand payment!!
If this is a sign of whats to come, Im really not looking forward to my time with Virgin media!
