billing email

I have just recieved a email stating I have a outstanding bill, My bill this month will not come out till the 30th as my billing date is the 28th, I can see the last payment was taken from my bank, When i try to check the online account its says oops soemthing went wrong, so any ideas

  • 14 hours later and not a single official response, why is it so hard to say, sorry we messed up, does the CEO get one less gold ferrari for admiting guilt

        Dosn't answer the question of why many of us got a snotty e-mail on Friday when the billing date is Saturday. Direct debit taken today on a Monday with no problem as usually happens when the billing date is at the weekend.
