Billed twice
Hi there
I’m having an issue with a recent payment on my Virgin Media account.
I have not set up a direct debit. my account still shows the option to set one up. However, a payment was automatically taken from my bank account this morning, even though I had already made a manual payment a few days ago.
Could you please clarify:
Why was money taken automatically if no direct debit is set up?
Since I’ve now effectively paid twice this month, will the overpayment be credited to next month’s bill or refunded?
