Billed twice

Hi i need help. My first bill of £59.99 has been paid twice. I paid in manualy on 14th may. It was taken automaticly by direct debit on the 30th may. Also my contract says £29.99 a month after the first payment, but there is a reacuring direct debit setup in my account for £59.99. Please ammend this direct debit to £29.99 or it will take £59.99 again.
