So I had email saying I'm leaving virgin but I'm not I only had it disconnected till Friday during to leaving house....I have had a estimates bill that's come through earlier today.

I don't need installation in my new property as I will be doing it myself as its had wifi in that property before but my bill is coming up to £72 and I don't understand why

This month's bill is £13.60...Moving fee is £20 And my next bill should be £20 like it always has been.So I don't know why I have been given £72 charge 

I also wanted to know how much roughly would my WiFi and stream box be if i wanted to cancel the sim out of my package as I don't want pay for something I don't use

    If you are moving house you would be starting a brand new account which means you would be paying bill 1 and bill 2 again like you did when you first joined us.

    Also if you are moving there is normally a fee for this which is £20 which would get added onto the bill. 

    If you don't use the sim card I would contact O2 on 0344 809 0202.
