bill overpayment

Hello,

I accidentally paid my bill in November twice. The overpayment does not apply to the balance of my next bill. How can I claim back the extra payment or apply it to a future bill?

Cheers,

Hua

  • Hi judge213,

If you made two payments in November, don’t worry, the extra amount won’t be lost. When an account receives an overpayment, it’s automatically added as a credit balance. This means the extra payment will sit on your account and be used to reduce future bills. If you would like us to look into the account for you and explain further, we can send a private message to you and go through our security process and once that is passed we can find out more and explain further or rectify the situation. Just let us know, we are here to help

      Hi Michael,

Thanks for the prompt reply. The issue is that the extra amount was not shown as credit in the next bills. And I still need to pay the next bills in full. Feel free to send me a private message to further investigate.
