Bill issues

Hi i had 18 months contract with virgin media which was ending on 20th June and I called virgin media last week off May to cancel contract and my bill used to be £40 a month then 18th June virgin media customers service called me and gave me new deal and I been told this is new contract and price will be £25 for volt M350 broadband only and agreed for new contract but my previous contract ended now they charging me £72 one payment and £58 one payment total £130 for 1 month bill when I try to talk with virgin media customer care they saying I have no new contract singed with virgin media but have 2 emails which confirms that my new contract singed on 18th June when I tell them they cut off my calls don't know what are they playing time is very hard and can't afford to pay £130 which they trying to rip me off anyone can help me with this please
