Bill Issue

Hi,

I have just received my bill and am being charged for sky entertainment when I haven’t added this.  Can somebody contact me about removing this and giving me a credit. Just tried your call centre and got cut off.

    Hi Mark,

    There isn't a Sky Entertainment addon/package. Do you mean Essential Entertainment?
