Auto Compensation not credited.
Hello,
I experienced a total loss of services between october - december last year. I raised several complaints about this and was told I would get auto compensation. We are now in February and I still have had nothing credited.
I chased this up a few times on live chat and they have not been helpful at all.
My WiFi was down for 48 days and also had a minimum of 13 missed engineer visits (Same day notice). I have calculated it and the amount I am due is £845.43.
Is someone able to help/offer me some advice?
