area reference

Hello, 

I am a new customer and I am trying to register for My Virgin Media App. I have my account number, but I don't have my area reference code. Please can you tell me the area reference code for post code E17 5RT?

    I am trying to create a virgin media account but I don’t have an area reference code. My postcode is SE120UE

        Why this unnecessary hassle of messaging to get your area code. Why is it not mentioned in the email document? Where do we find out area codes? My post code is RM11 2PL

      You should be able to see your area reference on your monthly bills, and in your My Virgin Media account 👉virg.in/myVM in the account settings section.
