Appalling service

I am looking for help and for a contact email address and I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction. The end of last year my contract was up for renewal and after several attempts to speak to someone in the UK rather than the off shore service team (the call quality is always terrible and if you veer off script no chance of a proper conversation)  I gave up and signed a new contract at £90 a month a bit steep but as I said borne out of frustration and I just gave up. I raised countless emails through the customer resolution email address but all I got back was a standard reply where obviously the person had not read the email correctly.

Now I have been sent a bill for £112 instead of £90 and when I click the link in the email I cannot view bill or package in my Virgin Media account, I keep going round in circles. Does anyone have a contact number for the chief executives office. I get so frustrated trying to deal with Virgin I now wish I would not have locked myself in for another 18 months.....

  • Hey Kevh1907, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some billing issues.

    This sounds like it could be some pro rota charges, have you checked the breakdown of your bill here to see what it  states? 

    Please remember we also bill a month in advance.
