After moving home account shows old account of previous home

Hi,

I recently moved our virginmedia account from one home to another and broadband has now been setup in the new home, however when logging onto myvirginmedia it is showing the old closed account for the previous home (and in addition any troubleshooting is checking the status of the old postcode).

Would anyone be able to help me get this updated so it shows the new account/new postcode?
