Aditional content (18) charge applied to account

Hi, there's an additional content (18) applied to my extra charges. Please explain as nothing was purchased

    Hello Jmarvell.

    Thank you for bringing the additional charges to our attention.

    This will have been a purchase through your set top box.

    With it being 18 rated or for any purchases. The customer will be asked for a 4 digit pin before any content can be viewed.

    Can we please ask how much the charge was as we can then narrow it down.

    There has been a boxing match on recently which will always go on the next bill produced.

    We can take a look into this for you if you like.

      Hi,

      It was priced at 6.99, I've asked around no-one says they purchased anything. Please help look into this.

        Hello again Jmarvell.

        Thanks for replying.

        I can take a look at your account for you if you like.

        If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
        If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great. 
         

        It might also be best to change the Pin if its set to default 1234.

        This can be done by following the steps below.

        Press Home on the remote.

        Select Help & Settings.

        Select Parental Controls.

        Enter your current PIN.

        Select Change PIN.

        Follow the on-screen instructions.

    Has your TV PIN been changed from the default 1234?
