Add-on on bill that wasn’t requested

My mum (who is 85) asked me why her bill had gone up by £5-7 and if she was out of contract. I manage her virgin contract for her and I knew it wasn’t due for renewal until Feb 25, and it wasn’t an inflation increase.

Just checked her bill and she has TNT sports as an add on for last few months!! Fairly sure she didn’t do this on purpose 😅 at least so it must be a mistake on Virgin’s part?

Happen to anyone else? And can I do something about this online? Not keen to sit in a phone queue for ages.
