Account set up
Hi,
I have received 2 pdf documents of the contract but the account number and area code have a - next to them. I can only see the order reference and the contract summary sheet number. Since I don’t have the account number I cannot get through to an operator when calling your contact number. Is there a way to receive these by email?
Also, I got an email saying that there is an account on the same address and so my set up kit cannot be delivered and processed. Can I please get help with this?
