Account holders emails

Contracts are being sent to an email address that is not in my account settings. I need contracts to come to my account contact email address. I can’t change it as it is correctly entered but the contracts are not sent there. Bills and information do go to the correct address. Please can you change your records to match what is in the  information I have entered. Thank you.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    Any contracts would be sent to the email address we have as a contact email for you. This wouldn't be connected to your My Virgin Media and would need to be updated at our end. This is something we can do for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. Just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. :)
