Account hacked

My account has been hacked and my email has been changed resulting in me being unable to see why my bill is much higher this month..this is stressing me out and I hope someone can help??

    Can you please have a look here at how to get access again

    In the meantime, I'd like to have a look at the bill for you and see what's caused the increase.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen, that would be great.
