Account credit on renewal

I have recently resigned again with virgin via a retentions call and was promised £100 account credit which now 2 weeks later is not showing up. The chap on the phone said he needs his manager to approve it and may take a day or 2 when I signed up. Nothing yet my bill has co e with no sign of the credit. I don’t want to call customer services and wait for ages to be told there is no record. Any advice or assistance on how best to proceed, I just don’t have time to give for numerous calls and chats to get this resolved. Help please.

      Hi Monad1980,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

We're sorry to hear there's been a dispute regarding a credit.

Was this credit shown on the contract agreement?

Was the credit confirmed on the call? Or was this subject to the manager approval?

Please pop back to us when you can.

Hi it was not on the contract agreement as the call handler had said that he would need his manager to add the credit and he was not available but the credit would be added to the account. It was confirmed on the call as he said he would add £100 credit once his manager approves it with no mention that it would not be honoured, in all honesty I would not have upgraded without the credit as I had a similar deal with another provider and the credit offer swayed my decision. Can you help resolve this by going back to the call.
