2 broadband accounts at 2 different addresses

Hey, I'm going to be splitting my time between 2 properties and wondered if there was an easy way to run 2 accounts side by side. TIA

    thank you for reaching out to us here, welcome to the community.

    Yes, it is perfectly possible to have two accounts at two different addresses. I should be clear and say that this would be two separate accounts and therefore two separate bills. You would be paying twice.

      i am having the same problem. i need virgin at an additional address and am trying to set up an additional account on your website is a nightmare

      Hi VM-Jon,

      I'm having a similar issue. I have 2 separate broadband accounts at 2 separate properties, but when I try to set up an online account for the newest contract, I keep getting taken back to my original account. Please can you help me with this?

        Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first post. Sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to set up an online account for your second account.       Hi,

      I have this problem too, 2 different residences with 2 Virgin accounts but both linked to same email / phone number etc so I can only seem to access one of them. Please advise how I can add / view both accounts, no issue with separate bills etc totally fine with that. Thanks.

      To access PM's (private messages)

      If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

      If you are on a mobile/tablet device then click on the little circle icon in the top right  and then select 'Messages'.
