02 ID Birgin Media 404 Error!!

Hello

 

On my PC webpage, Yesterday tried to login to Virgin Media to get the pop up to create passkey for 02ID.

Created Passkey for text and linked my new email to Virgin Media account.

Confirmed my emails etc..

Since cannot login, cannot register cannot view my bills, cannot view my contract 

end up getting 404 error page not found to register or login 

Even cannot find my account 

My mobile app , cant even see my contract , connection just spins and nothing come up.

Still get emails about bills and the details of my account and area still on bills.

So since yesterday 02 ID NOTHING .

    We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the sign in page.

    Do you get the 404 error on both the app and the webpage?

    Can you please try deleting and reinstalling the mobile app?

  • Error 404 is on PC webpage where i normally check everything .

    I dont like using the app and find it difficult on mobile. 

    Trying to view contract on mobile , you get like pop up which is like number 8 or & and trying to connect it moving like it car on scalectric track.. Nothing happens and you just have to go back to original location. 

    On web page click sign in to My Virgin Media  , pop up then page goes blank

      Thank you for letting us know. Can you confirm if the same issue occurs when using a different browser or incognito mode? Can you confirm that this is the webpage you are trying to access? Have you tried clearing cookies and cache there?
