Virgin media spam call?

I keep receiving phone calls, claims to be virgin media.

They would like me to download an app in order to access my internet connection. I have a screen shot. If spam can it not be taken down?

    Definitely a scam attempt to take control of your computer and steal from you.  Virgin Media never make unsolicited service calls and never ask you to download remote access software.
