Just need to check that the sales rep IS from Virginmedia, as after discussing different packages he has requested my sort code and bank account number?
He has supplied a card with name & number but I would like it verified by a employee from Virginmedia

Can you confirm if this was a doorstep sales rep who has visited you and offered services? All of our doorstep agents should carry identification at all times to be able to provide these to ease concerns such as these.
