Virgin Media IP address blocked as spam - No emails

Hi all,

My Virgin IP is being blocked and I am not able to send emails which is affecting my work. Seems it is in the spam list. Similar posts are here:

Seems your security team need to unlift the blacklist? Virgin Team, can someone help?

Many thanks

If you're on Spamhaus' CSS - you need to look for the cause.  Remove this and your IP will drop off after 48 hours if no spam is seen.  VM don't have to do anything - even if they did ask Spamhaus to remove it - the moment spam is seen - the problem will come back.

Check which Spamhaus list you are on by going to a site such as whatismyipaddress.com and then looking it up here

    https://www.spamhaus.org/

IGNORE any listing on the PBL - this is normal for all residential IP addresses,
