Yes, as far as I am aware, the ******@btconnect.com address (hosted on Outlook online) is the only source address / domain being blocked by Virgin Media web servers.Of course there could be others that I'm not aware of, but nobody has contacted me about other problems.I have no problems receiving email from other sources.

As I said, Virgin media is refusing to accept email from Outlook online.That means that messages TO blueyonder addresses sent FROM Outlook online are not getting through to the blueyonder mailboxes.The Undeliverable message quoted above is returned.

Is this only happening on Outlook you are finding? For example Gmail, icloud emails they work okay?

Same problem here too. Sending from btconnect.com to ntlworld.com. Have there been any resolution?
