Virgin Media blocking email from outlook.com

All emails from our club email account (outlook online) are  being refused by Virgin media for any blueyonder.co.uk email addresses:

There's more header information available - I just put the first few lines to show the source.

This has been going on for a week now, and is becoming seriously problematic. It appears to be a virgin media configuration problem.

Can anyone in virgin media resolve this please?

    When you say they are being refused, are you trying to send from the virgin side or are revive these? 

    Are you getting this error message when sending or trying to get the email?
