Verify Field Agent
I want to verify that the field agent I was talking to is legitimate before proceeding with a tv / broadband package. How can I do this?

I much prefer to place an online order it avoids any account creation typos
or issues with verbal offers that later can not be verified / enforced.Get any offer from a field sales person in writing and in detail before committing or agreeing to anything or handing over any personal info.
We have seen plenty of past complaint topics on here where the details of a verbal offer from a field sales person fail to materialise, later on, exactly as originally described once the customer has handed over the necessary personal info to place the order.
