i have the same problem, used to work fine before but not working anymore, can u please advise ?

    Web Safe is dependent on use of Virgin Media's DNS. To confirm if this is the case go to https://1.1.1.1/help and confirm the value shown for AS Name is Virgin Media. if it is not then review your network's and device's DNS. Post back here if issue remains unresolved.
