Re: Child Safe Not Working

Hi,

I have the same problem.   Tried to disable and enable the child safety; tried to add to "Blocked Websites" without success.

Can anyone fix for me as soon as possible.

    Sorry yo see child safe is not working for you.

    Before we take a look into this, Can we please ask if you are using any 3rd party routers or running a VPN?

      Hi, 

      I use Virgin Media Hub 3 and don't use a VPN.
