Unfortunately, no one can tell you for sure due to the possibility of caller ID spoofing. The number and number block are mentioned here

in connection with renewals (though it is still unclear if the call was genuine, or not).
What was the context of the call? Are you currently trying to renew or is your contract coming to an end?
If you have any doubt at all about whether a call is a scam, or not, hang up and give yourself time to think about what was asked/said. It is only if you place an outbound call to VM yourself that you can be sure who you are talking to.

I personally don't like confirming numbers as it can be easy to spoof the numbers nowadays. If you're ever unsure, the best thing to do is put the phone down and contact us on 150 / 0345 454 1111.
