Online security filter not working

Hi.  Despite my broadband settings being set to filter out adult content, this isn't happening.  I have young children in the house, and need this function to work. 

Please can you advise how this can be resolved.  This is the second time instance of this happening.  Thank you for helping.

      Thanks for posting and sorry you're having some issues with your security filters. 

      Have you tried what legacy1 has advised?
