Old NTWorld Email Account Hacked

Dear Virgin,

My old NTLworld email account has been hacked and is being used to send phishing emails/getting me locked on forums that it is linked to. I cannot delete it personally as I left virgin media a long time ago. 

I understand you cannot recover it, based on previous forum posts, but could you please permanently delete it.
