Old Ntlworld email account needs deleting due to being hacked and compromised.

I have an old Ntlworld.com email account which was orphaned many years ago when I left Virgin Media.

This account has been hacked and I've received a ransom note, from this account, with a password which could have been an old password for the account.

I need this account closing completely, since I have no means of managing this account and changing the password, hence why the account was insecure and hacked.

    I've had the same issue with my NTLworld email address. I changed my password yesterday but I believe they still have access. Please help as they have also now sert me a blackmail email.

    I've had a similar experience this week with my NTLworld email and a request for bitcoin ransom.
