An old NTL email address of mine has been hacked and demands for money have been made by the hackers.
Not sure what to do about this.
I am a Virgin Media customer but it seems impossible to talk to anyone.
Would welcome any advice.

My ntlword account has also been hacked and I'm receiving threats. I am a former customer and would like the account deleted, please.
