Need help to verify a Virgin media sales agent
Hi, I need to verify a Virgin media sales agent identity, I spoke with him via phone and agreed to subscribe a broadband deal, before I send him my personal information I need to confirmed that he actually working for Virgin media. I try to call the Virgin media CS with no luck.
Can anyone on this forum help me on this issue? Thank you.

Just to clarify, were you looking to join us as a new customer, or was the agent calling in regards to upgrading your current deal?
Do you have any information provided by the sales agent so we can check this on our end for you? If you are not an existing customer, we may struggle to verify the call, as there'll be no account we can check the call logs against.
