Have I been hacked?

Hi

I have only logged into my Superhub3 once before, bit I'm sure it took me straight into the interface and I only had to enter my password to get into the settings. I went to log in today to check something, and a screen came up asking which language I wanted. I thought it was a bit strange as I don't remember that screen last time I logged in, but I clicked next and was presented with this screen:

I didn't put my password in because I never had to put my password in to get into the old hub, and I'm pretty sure I didn't the first time I logged into this one. Is anyone on here from Virgin who can confirm if this is a genuine login screen, or is something fishy going on?

    Your hub has probably factory reset itself, perhaps a failed firmware update

      You could be right, but why should it be asking for my password before I even get to the hub interface? You usually get into the hub first, and then put your password in to go to the settings don't you?
