Hacked Email Accounts

Hi. I have 2 old ntlworld email accounts that have been hacked. I am currently facing various threats and demands for bitcoin payments. I am no longer a Virginmedia customer and cannot access my account to change the passwords. I no longer use the accounts and would like them deleted. I thought they would become inactive after 90 days but after a year they are still live and active. Can you please help?

    Hello Andy_VB.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear that you're email accounts have not been deleted and resulted in them being hacked.
    I'd like to investigate this for you and get these deleted once and for all.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.

    I've sent the request for the email addresses to be deleted.

    It does tend to take up to 10 days.

    If you need anything else, you know where we are.
