Genuine Virgin Media Email and Offer email@em.virginmedia.co.uk ??

Hi All

I am trying to confirm if the email address email@em.virginmedia.co.uk and a linked renewal offer is genuine or a phishing attempt?

I have read many threads on this forum but none are conclusive as some said yes, some no, some that emails would only come from virginmedia.com but i have a variety of emails from Virgin Media which i believe are genuine and with various email addresses including these with a blend of co.uk and .com

vmteam@virginmedia.co.uk For bills

webteam@virginmedia.com 

ResolutionsTeam@virginmedia.co.uk for a complaint i raised

email@em.virginmedia.com  During the email outage last year 

email@em.virginmedia.com

Etc

Please can someone advise

    Hello Forum Team,

    I have the same question, with a few bells and whistles!  I am in receipt of an email from email@em.virginmedia.co.uk an address I am unable to recognise.  The email offers me Virgin 360, I am interested, but I am nervous about responding to the offer simply because the email address is unfamiliar.  Further, having carried out some research into what is currently on offer in hardware to enhance broadband services I cannot be certain my V6 boxes (2) are suitable since I see Virgin 360 is listed as a TV Box separately from the V6 Box.

    Grateful for any suggestions to guide me and reassure.
