Email account hacked

Hi

Once again my email account is compromised.Someone has managed to get in and changed the login email and password so I can’t reset etc. Noticed a different email on the app and phone number. No can’t even get on the app. What can I do?

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with being unable to access the E-Mail account due to this being compromised.

    I understand that you have recently been able to speak to our team in relation to this matter. Can you please confirm what was advised?

    We would advise whilst accessing any online services that you have a form of online security to protect you from any kind of viruses or hackers.

      I spoke to someone weeks ago and it was resolved eventually when I got through to the department that deals with leaving virgin media.

    yes my original account I got back but now it has been compromised again so I’m unable to get my emails.
