Childsafe error

Hello all,

I am having issues with my Childsage not working at all. I have spoken to customer services who are all stumped and I have also tried resetting the router to manufacturers settings. 

Tried other steps suggested on the forum but it also doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions?

    Stick the hub in modem mode and use your own router setting the DNS servers to child friendly OpenDNS settings.

    VM's "Childsafe" has proven to be anything but on here.
