Sorry to hear of the Childsafe issues with your Virgin Media services, we understand the concern and appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
Our team are aware of an issue that was impacting the childsafe options, this was resolved for the majority of customers but from your post it looks like you're still impacted. Although this has previously been raised by one of my colleagues, due to the issue we will need to request further investigation.
