Child safe not working

Child web safe not working in Virgin media , .. just found out today .. 

I phoned virgin media customer care ,.. that guy is helpless . that guy said we refreshed and updated our side ..so it should stop in an hr .. but no luck.. I kept change web setting on and off few times but though web safe is on in VM .. still adult content are coming in and still enabled . 

Usually when we change web settings , we used to receive notification email about web settings changed .but no notification emails coming ... something problem in Virgin media side .. 

VM security team do something about it

    To troubleshoot this issue can you confirm the device on which Web Safe appears not to be working is using Virgin Media's DNS. Consider going to https://1.1.1.1/help and confirming AS Name value is Virgin Media
