Child safe not working

Hi, this feature isn't working even though it is enabled. I have children in the house so need this feature to be in place.

I see this has been flagged by others on here -please can you resolve this issue.

    In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

  • I have the same problem.  It happens intermittently, and I have raised several complaints with Virgin Media previously but not received a clear answer.

    I think there should be a public answer from Virgin Media as to why this happens to multiple users and what is going to be done to stop it recurring.
