Web Safe requires the use of Virgin Media DNS to work. To check go to https://1.1.1.1/help, from the device experiencing issues, and confirm AS Name result reports Virgin Media, as highlighted below:
If AS Name is not reported as Virgin Media then either DNS has been manually set on device or, if using Hub in modem mode, third-party router is not set to use Virgin Media's DNS (194.168.4.100, 194.168.8.100).--

Hi
Please could I have an update from Virgin ? I spoke to the customer service department last week and was assured the problem will be fixed 04.08.2023. It is still not working.

Hey JCJ2022,
Sorry to hear that this is still happening, I would like to look into this further with you to see if we can go about fixing this for you, to do so I will need to confirm some information from you in a quick private message, if you have not used this before you can access it via the envelope at the top of your screen.

Cloudflare DNS servers 1.1.1.3 & 1.0.0.3 provide services like websafe/childsafe, if you just want websafe functionality use 1.1.1.2 & 1.0.0.2
