Child safe not working for us either

From the device on which Web Safe appears to not be working:

• are you able to browse to Proton VPN?
• what value is shown for AS Name here https://1.1.1.1/help?

Sorry to hear child safe is not working for you.

I'd like to take a look into this for you, as we may need to raise this with our IT support team.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
