having the same issue here. Child safe was working until a couple of weeks ago. Since then this has not worked.
reset the router and rebooted but still same. Not very happy!

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your child safe has stopped working over the past couple of weeks despite resetting the Router, we were able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues, when doing a pin reset did you keep the pin pressed in for a full timed 1 minute?
