cannot turn child/virus safe off

Hi.

i am unable to turn them off, I log into the settings page and the sliders are already grey, if I slide them to the right and back I just get the cannot save changes message.

These setting block vpn sites among others which is forcing me to work using a different internet i have contacted via phone and messaging and while they said it was raised with a technical team it has not been fixed. 

this is essentially no longer providing what i need the internet for so signed up here as a last ditch attempt to get resolved before moving supplier.

    I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your web safe settings. Please can you try to change your settings via incognito or private browsing mode within your browser?

      Hi,

      just tried both incognito mode via chrome, and inprivate window in edge neither works.

      the same issue occurs if i try to make the change via the app on my phone.

      it is shown as not active (grey on the slider) but is active and get the cannot save changes message.

        Set your device to use 194.168.4.123 and 194.168.8.123

        As your using edge you can go to settings and enable secure DNS
