Blueyonder email not recognised?
Hello, wonder if someone can help
i am trying to change my password on my blueyonder email account but I can’t?
I try to log into my account, for some reason I log in and it shows my mums tv account… have been speaking to support for over 2 weeks about this, am about finished with Virgin… they say they didn’t do it, but I didn’t so we are at a stalemate with no access to my account for now, anyway, I need to be able to change my password for an email that Virgin now says isn’t recognised but I receive emails on it every day and can also send emails without issue)
Any ideas how to or who I should speak to to get this sorted asap? (Have had this email for over 20 years and I don’t want to get rid of it, it’s the whole reason I’ve stayed with VM). Anyway, I need to add extra security to this account after a hacking attempt at the weekend
please can someone help/advise me on next steps?
