Blueyonder email not recognised?

Hello, wonder if someone can help

i am trying to change my password on my blueyonder email account but I can’t?
I try to log into my account, for some reason I log in and it shows my mums tv account… have been speaking to support for over 2 weeks about this, am about finished with Virgin… they say they didn’t do it, but I didn’t so we are at a stalemate with no access to my account for now, anyway, I need to be able to change my password for an email that Virgin now says isn’t recognised but I receive emails on it every day and can also send emails without issue)  

Any ideas how to or who I should speak to to get this sorted asap? (Have had this email for over 20 years and I don’t want to get rid of it, it’s the whole reason I’ve stayed with VM). Anyway, I need to add extra security to this account after a hacking attempt at the weekend

please can someone help/advise me on next steps?

    This may be related to < this post> and the issues you had 4 months ago following IT having to add your email address back to the VM account. " I only moved address, which VM had real issues with, they lost my phone number and had to have IT add my email address back on my account, a few years ago, although it now seems this hasn’t been done correctly, it’s a total mess!  "

    within 48 hrs of posting last time, my emails were back up and running, think that was a localised issue …at that time, I could get access to my own account (never heard anything from VM then) … I just need a working, secure email and account… even if it was something to do with 4 months ago, it’s needs resolved

  • Does anyone know how I can contact IT at  Virgin? I need to change my email password urgently and it’s not being recognised by Virgin??

  • When I try to log into with my email, the one I get emails from you sent to, it says hello and it’s my mums name. if I try to log in to my mums, I have access it’s in her details, it says We have found your account but unfortunately we can’t link to you O2 id right now , try again do it later of chat to the team?

    The other blueyonder email I have with you, they’d reason I have stayed with VM for so long, says it’s not recognised!  I am not receiving emails from either blueyonder email now, says settings are incorrect, I can’t get access to change the passwords though and am still getting please change your password messages for both accounts

  • Hi, now I can’t even log into either of my blueyonder emails, I can’t change the password as I can’t get into my account to reset the password? I desperately need access to my email accounts.  Can someone please help asap?

    I realise there are multiple ‘strands’ to my issue,  but I need this sorted urgently, I need mine and my mums account unpicked and then hopefully I would be able to reset my emails?

    I had contacted customer service and been waiting for weeks for an update…hopefully they haven’t emailed me since I can’t get in?
