Virgin Connect App

Myself and my wife both have Samsung A35's. On the connect app, my wife's phone says Samsung A35 and underneath, says Samsung.   When i click on mine, it says Samsung A35 and underneath, says Motorola 🤔 Doesn't really matter, i'm just curious and bored and thought i would ask more tech minded than me as why that is.

    The Connect app is notorious for giving spurious information.

    The Connect app is also notorious for resulting in devices randomly stopping working and the root cause is always the same Mr or Mrs nobody paused them and then denied or forgot this.
